HSEQ - Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Policies
Committed to Quality
As an ISO 9001 accredited company, Sinbad Marine Services is committed to "to getting it right the first time and every time". To meet this aim, Sinbad Marine Services has established the following six HSEQ objectives:
- Efficient turnaround of vessels
Every vessel wants to return to sea as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We strive, where possible, to meet all the vessel's requirements quickly and effectively so as to minimize the time unavoidably spent in port.
- Provision of timely and proactive information to principals and operators of vessels
Sinbad Marine Services endeavours to keep both the vessel and all our principals well informed of what is happening at every stage of the vessel's port call.
- Smoothing of bureaucratic requirements with relevant authorities
By using local knowledge and developing a good working relationship with the port, customs and other authorities, Sinbad Marine Services offers sound advice regarding the relevant rules and regulations for any operation in Killybegs.
- Provision of high quality goods and services
The selection and control of a database of efficient and reliable suppliers is of utmost importance to Sinbad Marine Services. Its regular suppliers have adopted Sinbad's own "can-do" attitude.
- Safety of operations and protection of the environment
The safety of the vessel and its crew, employees, contractors and third parties is always Sinbad's first priority.
- Safeguarding client confidentiality
All information of a sensitive nature is safeguarded by instilling respect in all employees for client confidentiality and by protecting customer records.
