Major refurbishment of the original vessel in the fleet M/V "Sinbad" was completed in December 2009. Most of the work was carried out by local boat builders "Mooney Boats Ltd". The vessel has been completely stripped and the original wheelhouse has being removed with a new aluminium raised wheelhouse fitted in its place.  In addition, the entire vessel has been shotblasted and repainted. The vessel has also been completely rewirred and was fitted with a new winch and engine.

M/V Sinbad is primarly based in Killybegs. The vessel has a P5 passenger licence and is available for hire for crew changes, coastal surveys etc
