Sinbad Marine Services took delivery of their new 2609 Shoalbuster from Damen Shipyards in Holland on 12th June 2009.  The new multi-purpose tugboat has 26m OAL and a 09m beam.  The vessel hasan impressive 30 tonne bollard and heavy lift hydraulic crane, towing winch, tugger winch 200 hp bow thruster.  The tug is suitable for support of dredging operations, servicing offshore windmill platforms, coastal and harbour towage and dredging support.  This is the third Shoalbuster tug which Sinbad has received from Damen Shipyards.
